How can we help?
Once evaluated we can treat you with
laser (Laser surgery) and radiofrequency to trim the excess
tissues and/or reduce the volume of tissues in your nose so you can
breath better, sleep better and enjoy life with your loved one
again.
If I have sleep apnea can you treat
it?
No. We are not sleep specialist. Our
expertise is to treat snoring. But as we treat that your secondary
benefit is improved apnea problems. Snoring and sleep apnea rarely
go away by themselves, but they can be treated. We can evaluate you
and recommend a treatment plan to help you sleep quietly and breathe
freely. This plan may include changes that you make yourself, such
as weight loss, stop smoking, reduce drinking, eating four to five
hours prior to sleeping time as well as surgical procedures and if
needed, medical devices such as CPAP. Quieting your snoring may mean
you have sound and refreshing sleep without annoying your family or
others around you. Preventing or controlling sleep apnea can improve
the quality of life and help avoid serious medical problems.
What if your partner snores.
If your partner's snoring constantly
disrupts your sleep, it's probably disrupting the rest of your life
as well. But snoring can be treated, and encouraging your partner to
get medical attention is the first thing you can do to help.
